Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery takes 7–14 days after shipment. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on the way.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, changes are no longer possible.
How can I track my order?
Enter your order number and email/phone, or your tracking number, in our Track Order page. It’s normal for “Info received” to show until the carrier scans your package.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free premium shipping on all orders, no minimum spend.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
If I’m not home for delivery?
Your carrier will leave a notice with redelivery or pickup instructions.
What if my package is lost?
Contact us right away. We usually replace lost items free of charge, unless incorrect shipping details were provided.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?

How long for a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes — as long as the size is in stock.
