Returns can only be initiated after the product has been physically received.

Wearing the item beyond fitting is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not allowed.

Items marked as sale or discounted are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Store credit may be issued at our discretion in certain cases.
Restocking Fee

A $25 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned item.

Olivia & Grace is not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows delivery to the address provided by the customer.
